Bearing Testing - Napoleon Engineering Services' complete testing facility includes over 35 test rigs with more than 100 test locations. NES has the capability to custom design a test rig to your specific application as well as the resources to test any ball or roller bearing including four and five ball. Our testing program focuses on three main aspects of testing; life (dynamic), environmental, and impact/static testing. The test that is performed is determined by the failure mode of the bearing in the application. With testing being the final stage of product qualification process it is vital that it be completed with the precision and expertise only NES can offer. Source Qualification Inspection -Source Qualification Inspection (SQI) is a powerful program that allows the client to qualify new suppliers through a series of extensive inspections.
