Impact/Static Load Testing
Our Impact/Static Testing rig performs a TRB static axial load test, which evaluates the cone rib strengths and undercut design. The impact testing aspect of the rig is capable of comparing material choice against true brinelling. This rig provides our testing facility with an added dimension of bearing testing capable of providing customers with an added opportunity to ensure the bearing runs properly in the application.

Bearing Testing - Napoleon Engineering Services' complete testing facility includes over 35 test rigs with more than 100 test locations. NES has the capability to custom design a test rig to your specific application as well as the resources to test any ball or roller bearing including four and five ball. Our testing program focuses on three main aspects of testing; life (dynamic), environmental, and impact/static testing. The test that is performed is determined by the failure mode of the bearing in the application. FAA-PMA Re-Engineering Programs-One of the most comprehensive inspection programs offered at Napoleon Engineering Services (NES) is reverse engineering of Typed Certified aircraft bearings for FAA Certification.
