About Napoleon Engineering Services (NES)

Napoleon Engineering Services is an ISO9001:2008 and AS9100C certified premier single-point resource for bearing inspection, testing and custom bearing manufacturing, as well as bearing test rig manufacturing. We are also the largest independent bearing inspection and test facility in North America, with more than 40 test rigs and 100 positions.

NES offers specific core competencies in high-precision custom ball and roller bearings using superelastic Ni-Ti alloys; wear-resistant, high-life materials and coatings; and advanced design technologies. With these capabilities, the company has cemented its position as a key resource for bearing manufacturers, distributors, and related OEMs within the aerospace, agricultural, defense, automotive drivetrain, industrial, off-highway, oil & gas, space technology, centrifugal pump and turbomachinery, and medical sectors.

Our participation with STLE and other industry associations enables NES to stay ahead of the curve on new materials such as ceramic and hybrid bearings, and on evolving trends in handling application challenges such as higher loads, higher speeds, corrosive environments and greater temperature extremes.

NES will also be exhibiting in 2014 at the AUVSI Unmanned Systems Conference, May 13-15 at Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida STLE; May 18-22 at the Disney Contemporary Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida; International Manufacturing and Technology Show (IMTS), September 9-13 at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois; and Turbomachinery and Pump Symposia, September 22-25 at Texas A&M University in Houston, Texas.
